Just a reminder as
we celebrate our Independence Be aware of the city’s code for fire works

* Hours of discharging fireworks: between thehours 8:00 am and 11:00 pm on June 27
through July 5.

* Permit for commercial grade public fireworkdisplay.

* Approved fireworks: bottle rockets prohibited

* Discharge on streets and public property
prohibited

* Throwing fireworksprohibited

* It shall be unlawful to discharge any fireworks within 50 feet of

any gasoline pump

* The chief of the
fire department or a law enforcement officer is authorized to seize andconfiscate all fireworks that are in violation of the city code.

safe holiday!!
